Skybreaker Racing was founded in 2019 by ultrarunner and adventurer Ben Mitchell along with the creation of Yuba Gold 50k. Having grown up in Nevada City, CA, Ben's intent was to create an event that showcased the beautiful South Fork of the Yuba River.
