The cutoff for all distances will be 5:00 pm.
Elevation gain is approximately 6,000 ft.

All Aid Stations will be well-stocked with water, electrolytes, sodas, energy gels and/or chews, salt, bananas, & various other typical snacks.
Finishers will receive a yummy finisher meal (vegetarian option).
Please also note that, in the interest of being environmentally friendly, this is a cupless event, so be sure to carry a reusable cup or water bottle.

The course will be well marked but, sadly, course marking sabotage does happen. It is recommended that runners have the course map downloaded in advance of race day to their phone or other GPS device.

Shuttles
There is not enough parking for us at the start/finish.
Parking will be at 55 Austin Creek Rd, Cazadero, CA
Morning shuttles will depart from here an hour and fifteen minutes before your start time.
Shuttles will be running continuously throughout the afternoon, departing the finish approximately every 25 minutes until just after cutoff.
Camping
Pomo Canyon Environmental Camp is walk-in only, meaning reservations cannot be made. Anyone wishing to camp will need to bring $25 cash and pay on-site via the Iron Ranger upon arrival.
Please be aware that there is no running water here.

Other Suggested Accommodations: There are numerous options in Jenner, Duncans Mills, Bodega Bay, and other surrounding communities.
Swag
Runners will receive t-shirts (if ordered during registration) and Finishers will get beautiful full-color medals at the finish line. Additionally, awards will be given to first through third place male and female finishers, per distance.
Covid-19
Gloves will be used by volunteers at all aid stations, start, and finish locations and hand sanitizer will be provided at each location. Please do not handle anything. Instead, ask volunteers for help with food items, pouring water, etc, and please wear a mask or buff when near any food tables.
