“The coast is calling!”
2026 Cancellation: Due to increased permitting fees, newly imposed trail usage limitations, and other factors, we regret to announce that it will not be financially viable for us to hold Sonoma Coast Trail Runs in 2026. We are hopeful that we will be able to secure a permit for Monte Rio Redwoods, allowing us to expand the courses, relocate the start/finish to Monte Rio, and eliminate the costs of shuttling in 2027. Time will tell.
Presented by Skybreaker Racing, Sonoma Coast Trail Runs take place on the beautiful trails and fire roads of Sonoma Coast State Park on Northern California’s beautiful coastline.
Just south of Jenner, Duncans Mills, and the Russian River, these courses traverse a beautiful ridgeline with views all the way to the ocean, summit Red Hill, and start and finish amongst ferns and towering redwoods at Pomo Canyon Environmental Camp.
